Performance Test Lead

Location: Pune  7-10+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.Expertise in one or more performance testing tools: JMeter is MUST.Gatling tools for client-side performance testing is a MUSTNew Relic, Run scope and Splunk tools for server-side performance testing is a MUSTStrong experience in tuning application servers (WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss), JVM, DB (Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server), caching, network and OS levels.Strong scripting knowledge (Python / Shell / Groovy / Java / JavaScript).Deep understanding of HTTP, REST, WebSocket, microservices, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).Hands-on experience in distributed load generation, containerized load testing (Docker / Kubernetes).Experience with CI/CD and automation frameworks for continuous performance validation.Ability to interpret performance results, debug thread dumps, GC analysis, Heap/CPU profiling.
